8.8Verified guest“Fabulous location, right on the edge of where the city centre restrictions begin. Very good staff, breakfast, and garage. They gave us the garage price because we were in a suite.”
8.8Verified guest“The room was very good, quite big, with a comfortable bed, complimentary water on arrival day, and coffee and infusions provided.”
8.8Verified guest“The hotel is perfectly located and very practical for visiting the city.”
8.8Verified guest“Great facilities including a large gym, pool, sauna, and cafeteria. They provided a free swimming cap and pool towel. The location is unbeatable: El Corte Inglés is 4 metres away, the metro station 50 metres away, and Plaza de España and Gran Vía are very close. Elisabeth had the great detail of upgrading us on arrival. Spacious room with all amenities: tea and coffee making facilities, free safe, well-equipped minibar, Rituals bathroom products, and two complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Carpeted corridors absorb noise, and the room door leads to both the bathroom and entrance, so you can't hear corridor noise. Elevators were fast and always available. If you ask for a key copy or a new key, they prioritise security by asking for ID. Reception is a great team, facilitating what clients need smoothly and efficiently. The floor team replaces products daily and the room was always very clean, even when we went out late in the morning. We will be back.”
8.8Verified guest“I really appreciated the view from my 14th-floor room. Breakfast was very good, especially the fresh and natural orange juice.”
8.8Verified guest“Soundproof unit with a very comfortable bed, bedroom, and a towel.”
